Resident Parking Booking
Parking for loading/unloading in Bullard Close for residents of the Carriageworks estate is permitted for a maximum of 30 minutes without a prior reservation. You must use the marked loading bays. Do not park in the residents permit parking bays.
If you need longer to load/unload a vehicle for a longer period, a temporary parking permit can be booked using the form below.

RULES & FAIR USE POLICY – TAP TO EXPAND
All-day parking is for substantial loading/unloading for residents of the Carriageworks estate only, and generally only intended for moving in/out of a unit.
This booking system is not to be used to book general parking or parking for visitors. Please refer to our Parking page for details of nearby on-street parking for both residents and visitors.
Each booking is for one vehicle only.
You can book a morning, afternoon, evening, or all day slot. All day slots run from 07:00-07:00 until the next day. On an all day slot, you may park overnight, but must ensure you have vacated the loading bay by 07:00.
Your booking is only valid for the vehicle number plate. If are unable to provide this at the time of your booking (e.g. because you are renting a vehicle), you must update your booking with the vehicle number plate before you park using the link in your booking confirmation email. If you do not provide the vehicle number plate before parking, you will be liable to receive a £100 parking fine.
Ideally you should use the loading bay you have chosen on your booking. Bay 1 is nearest the Beckford House door, with Bay 2 adjacent to that. But if someone is in your booked loading bay, you may use the other loading bay. Do not use any of the residents parking bays.
Residents can use the loading bays for up to 30 minutes without a reservation, so you may need to wait for your chosen bay to free up if occupied. If the other loading bay is free, you may park there.
Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance.
Each flat may book a maximum of 2 slots per month.
Anyone found to be misusing this system will have all bookings cancelled and their flat will not be permitted to make future bookings.
