Contractor Parking Booking
Parking for loading/unloading in Bullard Close for contractors working on the Carriageworks estate is permitted for a maximum of 30 minutes without a reservation. You must use the marked loading bays. Do not park in the residents permit parking bays.
If you need to park a vehicle for longer to work on a job, you can book a temporary permit using the form below.
Only contractors registered with the Carriageworks’ Management Company or the CCRA are authorized to book a parking slot.

Please choose the appropriate time slot for your job. You may book multiple slots if needed. Please avoid booking a full day slot unless absolutely necessary.
You must have a valid instruction or permission from the Carriageworks’ Management Company or the CCRA to book parking on site. If there is no valid reason for your booking, we reserve the right to cancel it.
This booking system is not to be used to book general parking or parking for visitors.
Each booking is for one vehicle only.
You can book a morning, afternoon, or evening slot. You are not permitted to park or leave your vehicle unattended overnight.
Your booking is only valid for the registered vehicle number plate. If are unable to provide this at the time of your booking, you must update your booking with the vehicle number plate before you park using the link in your booking confirmation email. If you do not provide the vehicle number plate before parking, you will be liable to receive a £100 parking fine.
Ideally you should use the loading bay you have chosen on your booking. Bay 1 is nearest the Beckford House door, with Bay 2 adjacent to that. But if someone is in your booked loading bay, you may use the other loading bay. Do not use any of the residents permit parking bays.
Residents can use the loading bays for up to 30 minutes without a reservation, so you may need to wait for your chosen bay to free up if occupied. If the other loading bay is free, you may park there.
Bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance.
Anyone found to be misusing this system will have their bookings cancelled and they will not be permitted to make future bookings.
